The location was good and so quit. All facilities are available in the room. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast.

Rooms are far away from lobby. The place is very dark at night.

I can not say anything good about the stay. I do understand that covid has hurt the business. But I really felt sorry for the poor staff they were coping a lot of abuse from customers making complaints about the rooms, the cleanliness, and the facilities.

The place was run down and dirty. It really needs a lot of work and tender care. We had no hot water and had to get them to service / repair the hot water 3 times. The room was dirty and stains on walls They shouldn't charge the same price when they can not offer the same service and quality.

Beautiful gardens and Large Pool for the Pool Access Villa

Access to Pool villa - steps straight off balcony. Huge pool. Beautiful surroundings with modern fittings. 24 hour reception. No free airport transfers for the size and brand name of the property I would have thought this would be provided in the booking.

Had to walk up the hill (approx 200m to get to Reception). Meals were a bit lack lustre’. No instructions or directions were provided on check in about the breakfast room. No pool towels were provided.

Low standard customer service

The room spa was amazing.. Great view of patong beach from the restaurant!

Jets not working in the room spa... The bar staff were more interested in their make up than serving us.. despite there being no other customers around.. took a long time to get a drink and came with attitude!!

Needs improvement, not a 5 star hotel.

Jacuzzi along with the bath.

When i arrived i had to ask for my room to be cleaned even though I had just checked in. Hair in the bath, remains of the last guests toothpast in the sink was a few issues to mention. The tv in the bedroom didn't work and wasn't replaced or fixed for my entire stay. Towels had strange coloured stain upon them. The hotel is antiquated and in ones opinion it's being operated poorly. Definitely not 5 star.

Wymdham wake up motivate your staff and pay attention.to detail.especially in this Covid era.

Layout of room, bed and seating. WiFi and TV good. Philippino night receptionist charming to talk.to over the phone, pays attention.

Soap shelf not cleaned in shower, no hot water from Bath or Shower. No master switch for the room lighting. One ceiling light not replaced. Breakfast poached eggs on toast received poached eggs on sliced bread no toast. Yes bag in cup no pot. No cutlery places for fresh fruit. Jacuzzi cold water could not see where to drain it and pour fresh clean water.

Little slice of heaven

The staff were so accommodating. We requested a room change to get the infinity pool. The staff sorted this quickly and effectively. We also requested a later check out as our flight had been delayed. Again the staff were so accommodating!!

Unfortunately some guest service such as the shuttle bus to the beach was not available due to Covid. We understand this is out of the hotel's control though - just good for guest to be aware of.

It was nice that even though it wasn’t down the street they had a bus that would take you down and pick you up from it’s two stops, that was a bonus but a couple of times the bus came around 15 minutes early and we missed it or had to run to chase it which wasn’t ideal. The room was nice and clean but unless you like rock hard beds my sleep was uncomfortable the whole time I stayed in 4 resorts on my three week adventure and the bed we stayed on by way the hardest bed it killed my hip and I’m only 27 haha I did how ever like the jacuzzi on the balcony !

Today the hotel is just flooded with noisy, rude and totally ill-mannered Arabian-French people. They smoke, spit and scream just in front of you. It's OK for them to stay in a cheap room but sun-bathing in your access pool room and they absolute don't care about other guests and security and so on. I'm sorry guys, but if you will not change your guest policy than you lost all your good-mannered and rich guests.

Wonderful hotel! Clean, green and spacious. The hotel need to be renovated, but it's everywhere in Thailand. Very spacious rooms with great swim pools. I would like to say my special thank you to all hotel's staff and my special THANK YOU to our room attendant Poo and a guy from reception (sorry don't remember his name) who've been helping and caring about us since we came. Room attendant Poo serving in our room like we are staying in 5 plus stars hotel! Thank you so much guys! If you are looking for a hidden place near Patong with parking, good swim pool and specious room than you will fall in love with this place!

Everything about this hotel is amazing.

was told by one of the staff that they will ensure safety to keep our luggage in the lobby while waiting for check in time. During the check in, one of my luggage was missing and got mixed up. However, with the help of the staffs (bellman), they manage to find our luggage after two hours waiting.

The girls at the Wyndham club desk was very helpful. Breakfast spread was alright, everyone is very polite.

Staff never came to assist to bring the luggage to the lobby while checking in.
